Concert Season – Saturday, 23 October 2021 – 5:00 PM
The 17th Concert Season 2021–2022 continues, this time with an in-person audience, on Saturday, 23 October 2021 at 5:00 PM, in the Auditorium of Santa Maria in Gradi. The concert — organised in collaboration with the Rotary Club Roma Ovest — will be performed by the ICNT Orchestra “I concerti nel tempio”, conducted by Daniele Camiz, together with the top students from the piano-improvement Magisterium held by Marcella Crudeli. The pianists who have distinguished themselves — despite their young age — for their remarkable talent are: Michele Apollonio, Francesco Pambianco, Emanuele Piovesan, Alessandro Rolli and Emanuele Savron. The programme includes some of the most famous and engaging concertos of the great classical repertoire. Specifically: by Ludwig van Beethoven (Bonn, 1770 – Vienna, 1827), the complete Piano Concerto No. 3 in C minor; by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Salzburg, 1756 – Vienna, 1791), selected movements from the Piano Concerto K.414 in A major and from the Piano Concerto K.415 in C major; by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy (Hamburg, 1809 – Leipzig, 1847), the Molto allegro con fuoco and Andante from the Piano Concerto in G minor, Op. 25.
